Services we provide

• We offer Information & Advice on all categories but tend to deal specifically on welfare benefits, community care and housing options.

• Opportunities to socialize – through our Day Care Centres, Lunch Clubs and Home Day Care

• Advice & help to obtain benefits – through our Benefits Service

• Hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs – through our Shopmobility Scheme

• Hire of a respite care facility

• Charity Shops

• Insurance related products and services

• We offer office appointments or home visits


Geographical area covered

We cover the area governed by Carlisle City Council and Eden District Council, stretching from the Scottish border in the North down to just below Tebay in the South. In the West we cover Burgh by Sands, (but not Thursby, Wigton & Threlkeld) and in the East we cover Brampton, Alston & Kirby Stephen.
