Free computer help and support to disabled people in their own homes by a UK wide network of IT experienced volunteers who will:


  • diagnose and fix most computer related problems
  • install and set up hardware, software, internet, email and accessibility settings
  • give impartial advice on IT equipment and software

How do I refer to this organisation?


All disabled persons seeking help or support should simply phone freephone 0800 269 545 and explain as best they can the problem they are experiencing or say what support they need.

The above applies also to any network member who is aware of a disabled person needing help or support.


There are no formalities. Disability includes long term medical conditions. All volunteers are CRB checked to enhanced standard and carry a photo identity card.
